Congratulations to WAVE junior Samantha Neuendank (pictured in the far left of the photo below) and the Wausau East swim team for making it to state. Samantha, who swam the fly, helped her team place 5th in the medley relay.
WAVE students, like Samantha, have the opportunity to participate in all co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities offered in the District, assuming the student is located in Wausau or the surrounding community and can provide his/her own transportation.
We are proud to offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities through our district. These sports, clubs, and other activities are seen as an extension of the classroom, and we encourage student participation.
