On Monday, March 9, 2020, Jon Winter, Career & Technical Career Coordinator for the Wausau School District, Jenny Seymour, Principal of Wausau Area Virtual Education- WAVE (an online public charter school in the Wausau School District), Jerry Reinardy, Aviation Instructor at WAVE, and Jon Chmiel, Manager of the Wausau Airport, presented the Aviation 101 program to the Wausau School Board as a Spotlight in Education.
